Refund policy

 

Expect delivery of your order within 14 days although most items will be received within 3-5 working days. We deliver to the United Kingdom only. If we cannot ship the goods within this time, the consumer will immediately be notified to agree on another time for shipment. If we cannot agree on another time, the consumer will be offered a refund.  

All orders placed before 11am weekdays will be processed the same weekday. Orders placed after 11am weekdays will be processed the following working day. Orders cannot be processed on bank holidays. Shipping cost starts from £3.60 for all orders under £50. Shipping cost is free for all orders over £50. 

The majority of shipments will be made using Royal Mail Tracked 48, though FWD:Coffee (fwdcoffee.co.uk) retains the right to choose the method of postage. Alternative equivalents may be chosen regardless of the method decided at the checkout area.

‍Tracking
‍All shipment methods include tracking, information about how to track your order can be found in your 'Your order from FWD:Coffee has been shipped' email, which you will receive after receiving your ‘Order Confirmation email’. Click the appropriate tracking number, and you should be redirected to the appropriate website.

‍Refund Policy
‍If goods are returned due to being faulty, so long as they are returned within a reasonable time the remedy afforded to the customer, under the Sale of Goods Act 1979 (as amended), is a refund. Also, where a consumer exercises their cancellation rights the customer will be given a refund within 30 days of their cancellation.

You, the consumer, are given the right to cancel as required by the Distance Selling Regulations (to not include orders that are to your personal specification). You, the consumer, have the right to cancel your order without giving a reason. The cancellation period in the case of contracts for the supply of goods begins with the day on which the contract is concluded.

The cancellation period ends on the expiry of 7 working days, beginning on the day after the day on which the consumer receives the goods. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping to return items. Further information on this can be found on the Office of Fair Trading website here. Items must be returned in the condition they were sent and be unopened. Roasted coffee is excluded from these terms. You will receive your refund on the same payment method used for your order.
